The Alver Valley Early Years Network is a free forum for Early Years practitioners from around the Gosport area to meet and share good practice, with the goal of working collaboratively to develop our own settings and improve outcomes for children in our local area.

Our next session is  Monday 30th October, 3.30pm-4.30pm. This will be a training session. We have the brilliant James Tunnell of Nursery Nook leading a session on loose parts play.

James is an Early Years trainer, consultant and coach who has worked with Nurseries, preschools, childminders and schools up and down the country (mainly up) and this is a unique opportunity for us to engage with him around improving provision. View his website here: https://www.nurserynook.co.uk/

This is going to be a really worthwhile training that we hope will be really helpful for settings  to help us consider our environments and provision for all children in our settings. Book your place here.

If you haven’t discovered it yet, do check out the Early Years Network page where you will find updates and the resources from our previous sessions.

We remain keen for practitioners to help us shape the direction of the network by telling us what you would be interested in exploring together, as well as the days and times that work best for you and your setting.
