The final Early Years Network of the academic year is planned for Thursday 6th July at Alver Valley Schools. We are calling the session ‘Snippets of Good Practice’.

Everyone working within Early Years is welcome to come along to hear a variety of practitioners across our various settings briefly share about something that they have been really proud of that has impacted children this year.

You are of course welcome to come and listen but we would also love some people to offer to share for just 3-5 minutes great idea or insight from your practice (you can do so with a friend if that helps!). Maybe you could share photos of an environment that you have developed, or tell us how you have used a resource or approach and experience that you have given the children and their response, or a transition idea – anything really that you have developed and seen positively impact the children that you work with. If you would be happy to volunteer to share please email: [email protected] to let me know. We are looking for 5-8 people to contribute.

If you are not ready for that yet do still sign up and come along and hear from others, and pick up some great tips and ideas.

There will be time to network with other practitioners and explore the Early Years environment at Alver Valley.

As always our aim is that this network will become a forum for Early Years practitioners to meet and share good practice together, with the goal of working collaboratively to develop our practice and improve outcomes for children in our local area.

We remain keen for practitioners to help us shape the direction of the network by telling us what you would be interested in exploring together, as well as the days and times that work best for you and your setting.

Practitioners that work in Early Years settings in the Gosport and surrounding area can book a free place.
